David E. Crowe

Practice/Experience: 

 

Mr. Crowe's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He also has experience in tax, investment fraud and antitrust litigation, white collar criminal investigations, securities arbitration, product liability matters, trademark enforcement and prosecution, and patent law. Mr. Crowe has successfully represented clients through trial and on appeal.

Mr. Crowe began his legal career with Jones Day LLP, and later practiced with Dewey Ballantine LLP, in Los Angeles.

Mr. Crowe is admitted before all Washington and California state courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California and Western District of Washington. He additionally has been approved as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator having qualified through the National Arbitration and Mediation Committee.

Education/Background: 


Mr. Crowe received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002. He received his B.S., with Highest Honors, in Economics from Montana State University in 1999. Prior to attending Montana State University, Mr. Crowe attended the University of Kansas where he was a member of both the debate and rowing teams. Mr. Crowe also traveled as a member of Up With People's 1996 Cast D.
